食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的相关因素分析

目的 探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的相关因素,以预防和减少吻合口瘘的发生。方法 通过大量的临床资料综合分析讨论,评价与吻合口瘘相关的诸多因素。结果 颈部吻合、CF_1型吻合器吻合法和寿化山氏“改良隧道”吻合法,术后吻合口瘘发生率最低。结论 导致食管贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的相关因素有三类:一是吻合部位和术式;二是吻合口血运和炎症;三是吻合技巧和围手术期管理。

Objective: To manage the related factor and coincide-entrance leakage of postoperation of esophagus and physiol eancer , for prevent and decrease the occurence of coincide-entrance leakage. Methods: By way of a great number of clinical means to synthesize and analyse, so as to evaluate those factors that related for coincide-entrance leakage.Results: Coincide of neck, the coincide way of coincide-apparatus of CF, and Shou's improved tunnel esophagas-trostorny. the occur-rate of coincide-entrance leakage is the lowest. Conclusion: There' s three factors for that One is the position and method of coincide-entrace, one is the blood flowing and inflammation, the third is the technical and manage of perioperntion.
