论城乡居民收入差距

On the Disparity in Income Between Urban and Rural Residents

改革开放以来,我国农民收入不断增长,但相对收入在下降,尤其近年农民收入增幅连续递减,使城乡居民收入差距不断扩大,对农业经济乃至整个国民经济发展带来了一系列不利的影响。城乡居民收入差距扩大的原因是多方面的,但根本的原因是社会收入分配的不公,这与政府行为直接关联。因此,政府应采取切实可行的改革措施,进行农业大开发,增加农民收入,缩小城乡居民收入差距。

:Farmers income has been increased in our country since reformation and opening to the outside world, buttheir relative income has been decreased, especially, the increase range of farmers has been decreased successively over thepast several yeare, it has made the disparity between urban and rural residents enlarged progressively and has brought manydisadvantageous effects on agricultural and even whole national economy. The reasons are many-sided, but it mainly lies inthe unjust distribution of social income, it also is directly related to the government's behavior. So the government shouldadopt some feasible measures and policies, to exploit agriculture and increase farmer's income.
