从德国继续教育看中国西部大开发

View West China Development From the Point of Continual Education in Germany

德国继续教育为德国二战后由一片废墟变成世界经济强国提供了一大批应用型、技能型人才,其成功经验对我国西部开发有重要启示:一是要提高对继续教育重要性的认识;二是发展多种类、多层次、多形式专业化的继续教育;三是注重对继续教育的投入,借鉴德国的办学原则,快速、高效解决西部开发人才之近渴。

Futber education in Germany has provided a large group of practical and technical personnel to make Ger-many a strong economic nation from ruins after the second world war. It's practical trainning contents and approaches arefirmly arranged around the social vequirements. A good deal of enlightment of it's successful experience on our west devel-opment is expound in this paper from three aspects. (I)Reinforcing the importance of futber education' (Ⅱ) Deleloping di-versified and specialized futher education. Ⅲ Attaching importance to the investment of futber education. Drawing on theguiding princple for school-running in Germany, the urgent shortage of qualified personnel for west development can besolved efficiently.
