Initial Probe Into the Establishment of a New Mechanism for the Party's Construction Work in Resident District

发挥街道和社区党组织领导核心作用，扩大党在城市基层工作的覆盖面，是当前加强和改进社区 党的建设的重要任务。围绕发挥街道和社区党组织领导核心作用，积极构建社区党组织工作新机制；围绕 充分发挥党员先锋模范作用，积极构建在职党员参与社区党的活动和精神文明建设工作新机制；围绕提 高城市现代化水平和文明程度，积极构建党群共建文明社区新机制。

At present,it is an important task to strengthen and improve the Parly's construction work at the administrative districts,for bringing the key role of the core of the leadership of the Party's organization into a full play both at the streets and lanes and at the administrative districts;and enlarging the covering aspect of the Party's work at the grass-roots unit in the city. In this article, the author put forward the way to deal with the situation and making suggestions concretely, objectively and practically for how to establish a new administrative system of the Party's construction work with effective measures at resident districts in light of the practice of the Party's construction work at the resident districts in Dalian.
