大连市供销系统兴办专业合作社，带来农业增收、农民富裕、供销社活动空间扩大的事实说明，兴 办专业合作社是农村供销系统参与和推进农业产业化经营的切入点和好形式。在发展过程中也存在一些 问题需要进一步探讨和解决。

The system of supplying and marketing co-op in the rural area in Dalian has participated the Industralization course of agriculture at the early time. The author has gone through the investigation on the spot and found the facts that the agriculture output increased,peasent becoming richer and activity space expanded brought by the initiating the professional coop of Dalian municipal system of supplying and marketing. The facts mentioned above proved that initiating professional co-op is the point of contact and a fine form for the rural supplying and marketing system in participating and pushing the management of agricultural industralization. The author points out that though there are still some real problems to be studied and solved further,but the point of the first importance is to pay active close attention to and enthusiastically to support it.
