把“三个代表”要求落实到农村党的基层组织建设中去的几点思考

党中央决定利用两年左右时间在农村基层党组织中开展“三个代表”重要思想的学习教育活动。为使此次学习教育活动收到实效，就要着力加强农村两个文明建设、提高农村基层干部队伍素质和农村党的基层组织建设有机结合起来，以推动农村工作的顺利发展。
