江总书记关于“三个代表”的重要思想，为农村党建工作指明了前进的方向，是我们加强和改进农村基层党组织建设的根本方针。加强和改进农村基层党组织建设，必须以“三个代表”思想为理论指导；按照“三个代表”要求，在解决农村存在的特殊问题中加强和改进农村基层党组织建设；改进领导方式和领导方法，把“三个代表”思想落实到农村基层。

general secretary Mr. Jiang Zemin's 'three representatives' indicates the direction for CPC's work in the country of advancing. And it's also radical policy for us of strengthening CPC's primary organizations in the country, for which we have to follow the guidance of 'three representatives' to solve the special problems of the country, and to continuously improve leading mode.
