必须努力创造条件、在全党形成学习和研究理论的浓厚空气，健全学习制度。在学习理论的态 度上，既要认真，也要持久；在学习理论的方法上、制定计划，发扬“挤”和“钻”的精神，在掌握 马克思主义的立场、观点、方法并用以指导实践上下功夫；在学习内容上，重点学习邓小平理论，学 习马克思主义哲学，学习社会科学和自然科学理论；在学习风气上，发扬理论联系实际的学风，进行 理论创新。

The condition should be tried to provide so as to form a rich air in studying and researching into the theory and strengthen study system in our Party. The attitude for the theory study is seriousness as well as per sistence; the method for it is to work out the plan and develop the spirit of 'finding and researching', then pay more attention to grasp the position, opinion, method of Marxism as the practical instruction; the content of study is taking emphasis on the study of Dengxiaoping Theory, Marxism Philosophy and the theory of society science and natural science; the study style is to develop the study style of integrating theory with practice to conduct the theory innovation.
