大连市率先基本实现现代化的战略思考

Firstly realizing modern strategic thought in Dalian

中共大连市委第九次党代会提出，到２０１０年大连要在东北地区率先基本实现现代化。这一决 策反映了５９０万大连人民的共同愿望和共同理想，是新世纪鼓舞我们跨上新台阶的奋斗目标。但是， 大连要率先实现现代化，必须正视自己的不足，缩短差距，进行第二次思想解放，对传统思维和传统 体制进行坚决变革。

It brings forward in the 9th Party Representative Meeting of Dalian, CPC to realize basic modernization for Dalian in Northeast area firstly before 2010. It reflects the common wish and common ideal of 5.9 million People of Dalian and it is the struggling target for encouraging us to step in new stage in new century. But we must face our shortage and short the difference, conduct the 2nd thought liberation and reform the traditional thought and traditional system resolutely for realizing modernization firstly in Dalian.
