指出要加强高等级公路的预防性养护要从以下几方面入手：坚持规范经常性养护，切实搞好路况调查，建立相应的管理数据库和养护系统，依靠科技进步开发新技术，实行机械化，提高人员的技术业务素质等。

This paper points out that we should do well in such six aspects: peristing in normative regular main- tainance, do well in investigation, setting up corresponding data base and maintainance system, depending on technological advancement to tap new technique, practising mechanization, improving the operation diathesis and so on.
