公路建设中违规建房常形成道路瓶颈 ,因此公路建设中必须从规划入手 ,加强公路两侧建筑控制区的管理 ,这项工作要各级政府与建设指挥相互协调 ,共同把关。
The building construction breacking regulations becomes ordinarily road obstruction,thus,administration must be strengthened from planning to building control area both side of a road.The govements at all levels should mutually coordinate and guard a pass togather with construction command posts to complete the job.
