摘要
基于贫困地区的实际情况 ,阐述了从国家计划、人民思想、科学管理、广筹资金方面入手 ,改善贫困地区农村公路的现状 。
Basis on the status of inpoverished areas,starting with aspects of national plan,people thought,scientific management,broadly raise funds to improve the existing roads in inpoverished areas is discussed.Some recommendations on development and construction are presented.
