从我省公路建设发展的现实和未来出发 ,指出了招投标工作的重要性 ,并简要介绍了 2 0 0 0年黑龙江省高速公路建设局在贯彻执行《招标投标法》
On a basis of the status and future of development in highway construction in Heilongjiang the importance of invitation and submigttal bids projects is pointed out.The measures aclopted by Heilongjiang Express Highway Construction Bureau in implementation of 《Invitation and Submittal Bids Act》 to regulate the invitation and submittal bids activities in 2000 year.
