Project consultation─a principal link of making scientific decision

工程咨询是随着社会发展和科技进步发展起来的新兴知识产业 ,是建设项目科学决策的首要环节。就工程咨询的工作内容、当前公路建设项目可行性研究工作中面临的突出问题进行了系统的论述 ,并针对上述问题提出一些建议。

Project consultation is a rising knowledge domain, which develops with society development and progress of science and technology, it is a principal link of making scientific decision of project construction. Work contents of project consultation and striking problems in feasibility study of current highway construction projects were systematically discussed. At the same time, some advice was given in allusion to aforementioned problems.
