摘要
对施工单位在建设监理制实施过程中存在的问题 ,进行了分析 ,并提出了相应的对策 ,指出必须提高施工单位人员素质 ,强化法律意识 ,严厉打击不正之风 ,以此来保证监理制的顺利实施。
The analysis on problem contacted by work contractors in implementation of construction supervision is given.Improving construction personrel quality,strengthening legal sense and combatling unhealthy trends should be kept into garantee implementation of the construction supervision system.
