应用PCR快速检测水产品中副溶血弧菌

DETECTION OF THE THERMOSTABLE DIRECT HEMOLYSIN GENE(TDH)OF VIBRIO PARAHAEMOLYTICUS BY POLYMEASE CHAIN REACTION

为研究一种快速检测食品中副溶血性弧菌的PCR方法,设计一对引物用以检测副溶血性弧菌的热稳定直接溶血素(tdh)基因。扩增产物经电泳,出现与已知阳性对照细菌条带大小一致的条带,即判定该样品为阳性。结果显示PCR方法具有简便、快速、特异、经济等特点,适合国境口岸的特点,可用于食品中副溶血弧菌的常规快速检验。

To explore a rapid, economical and sensitive procedures for detection of Vibrio para-haemolyticus.A method of using rapid PCR was established to detect the thermostable direct hemolysin gene(tdh)of V.parahaemolyticus. By the DNA marker or known size fragments, the bacteria were determined if the same size bands were found via electrophoresis.The result shows that the method is highly specific,sensitive, universal, rapid, simple as well as economical, and adapt to the characteristic of the frontier.
