摘要 通过对1996年-2001年期间,因接种黄热病疫苗引发多器官功能衰竭(MSOF)的7例病例的情况分析,ACIP工作小组评估了接种黄热病疫苗后可能引发严重不良反应的风险。ACIP认为,当前仍有必要对前往黄热病流行地区的旅行者实施黄热病疫苗接种。 By reviewing the seven cases of multiple organ system failure (MSOF) in recipients of 17D-derived yellow fever (YF) vaccine during 1996-2001, and Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) working group assessed the risk for serious adverse events following YF vaccination. The ACIP working group recommended that YF vaccination of persons traveling in areas where YF transmission occurs should be continued as currently.
