摘要
宪法的功能是宪法价值的体现。宪法是对公民权利和国家权力进行合理配置的分权法。保障人权和实现有限政府是宪法的基本功能。宪法司法化是宪法基本功能得以发挥的重要保障。
The Constitution's function reflects its value. It is to make reasonable distribution among civil rights and state power. The basic function is to guarantee human rights and achieve finite government. Justification of Constitution is key to give play to its basic function.
