The new century is a knowledge economy times.In order to implement the quality education,the first and most important step is to improve teachers’ comprehensive qualities which involve the following aspects: innovative spirit,healthful personality in imparting knowledge and educating people,coordinated growth of intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors,strong sense of all-life study and basic skills.
