天生桥一级水电站大孔径梯段爆破开采石料及爆破震动观测

摘要 天生桥一级水电站面板堆石坝填筑施工中 ,为就近提供大坝填筑的堆石料 ,在溢洪道先期开挖形成的平台上采用大孔径梯段爆破开采ⅢB、ⅢD料 ,有效地提高了开采强度和作业效率 ,满足了面板堆石坝高强度快速填筑的施工要求 ;并通过对大孔径爆破震动规律的监测 ,严格控制单响药量 。 In filling the concrete face rock-fill dam, in order to be provided filling material in shorter distance, stone was extracted using ladder blasting with large bore diameter on the terrace formatted during spillway excavating period as dam filling materials ⅢB and ⅢD. This method had effectively raised extraction intensity and work efficiency, and satisfied high strength to fill dam body and the requirement of building the dam quickly. According to the results of observation of blasting vibration with large bore diameter, the explosive capacity for single bore can be controlled strictly, as well as the negative influence to stability of permanent slope side of spillway from blasting can be avoided.
