摘要
天生桥二级水电站巨型压力钢管的HD值达 15 40m2 ,这是国内第一个采用进口高强钢自主设计和自行制作、安装内径为 5 7m的巨型压力钢管。文章着重介绍钢材选择和几点具有特色的设计经验 ,如高强钢的焊接、管身排水措施、钢管固结与回填灌浆、钢管内壁涂装等。该电站 1~ 4号压力钢管经过近 8年的发电运行 ,以及近期投入运行的 5~ 6号压力钢管的正常运行表明 ,其压力钢管设计是合理的。
HD value of the penstock of TianshenqiaoⅡHydropower Station reaches 1540 m 2, and its internal diameter is 5 7 m, it is a giant one that is designed first using import high strength steel, made and installed by oneself. This article mainly introduces selections of steel and several characteristic design experiences, such as welding of high strength steel, dewatering measure of the penstock, its consolidation and backfilling grouting, and coating on its inside wall. 1-4# penstocks have normally operated for nearly 8 years, and 5-6# ones have been normally put into operation, this indicates the design of penstocks of this station is reasonable and feasible.
