摘要
科学研究显示,脱水对机体是有害的,保持机体良好的水合状态对机体的生理功能和运动能力具有十分重要的作用。良好的能满足运动员需要的饮料,通过在运动前、中、后的有效补充,不仅可以提高运动成绩,而且可以推延运动性疲劳的出现,改善身体状况,有利于运动性疲劳的恢复。青少年运动员处于生长发育的特殊阶段,心理上、生理上具有特殊的表现。为了保证青少年运动员的身心健康,本文对脱水提出了预防性措施。
Scientific research showed that the dehydration is harmful to body. It is very important for physiologic function and sports ability of athletes to keep good state of hydration of body. The good drink of can satisfy the needs of athletes is absorbed effectively before sport, in sport and after sport. Not only increase results of sport, but also the appearance of sports fatigue will be postponed and improve state of body. It's beneficial to recover sports fatigue. Younger athletes are growing in a special period. They have some special show in body and mind. Some prophylactic steps were suggested for health of younger athletes in this paper.
