摘要
通过对大学生一学期参加有氧健身跑运动前后BMI和WHR的测试 ,结果显示 :长期有氧健身跑运动可使身体成分发生改变 ,瘦体重增加 ,WHR降低 ,对提高心血管系统机能 ,预防心血管系统疾病 ,增强体质 。
Through the test in BMI & WHR before and after college students'aerobic fitness running in a term,the result shows that long term aerobic fitness running can make constitution change,thin body incerease weight and WHR decrease.It plays an important role in improving the function of cardiovascular system,preventing cardiovascular disease,building up health,and holding youth and vigor.
