摘要
通过调查 ,从教师的基本情况、教育教学能力和指导高考学生的动因三个方面 ,说明中学体育教师存在的不足 。
After investigation,this article shows the weakness surviving among the teacher in the middle school and offer to solve it from three ways which are teachers'main condition,ability of educational teaching and tendency in directing physical students having a college examination.
