摘要
通过问卷调查 ,对北京市离退休老年人是否参加体育锻炼及体育锻炼的方式、体育锻炼的时间长短和频数高低、参与体育的动机和不同年龄段参与体育锻炼的老年人的心理情绪进行分析 ,试图找出体育锻炼对老年人心理焦虑、抑郁的影响 。
The author is aimed at discussing on the effect of exercising on psychological worry of old people by a questionnaire made among the aged people of Beijing, in which the retired aged people take part in the exercising activities, what way is used, how long time is spent, how often they do, what motivation they have.
