摘要
随着高校改革的不断深入 ,提高大学生综合素质已成为教育的核心 ,这同时也对教师提出了新的要求。体育在学校教育中占有很特殊的地位 ,体育教师素质的高低对体育教育起着关键的作用。本文从资料室的管理角度出发 ,提出要充分发挥文献资料室的作用 。
With the development of reforming in universities, it becomes a main task to improve integrated qualisties. Naturally, new requirements are pressed on the teachers. However, Sports plays special roles in education. Therefore, the qualities of sports teachers are closely relevant to education. In the paper the author is intended to discuss the role of sports materials in respect of management of material office.
