Before and afte the Revolution of 1911, the activities which were chiefly enlightening launched by theChinese capitalists among the Chinese workers residing in France were capitalist in character. It is the capitalists initialpractice of the capitalist revolutionary theory,and it influeced the workers greatly in the period of the democratic revolutionof the old type.
