This article is the conclusion of the author's ten years, teaching experiene, which is directly against thestereotype 'forced- feeding method of teaching'. The teaching method was designed mainly according to the students'ages and their psychological characters at each schooling stage.it arouses their study enthusiasm,cultiveates their initiativeand explores their creativeness. It can make the class lively by its different activities, it aims at how to improve thestudents' quality.
