Study on Excess Labor and its Solutions among College Journal Editorial Staff

本文针对高等院校学报普遍存在的编辑人员超额劳动产生的原因、造成的利弊、合理的劳动报酬以及解决学报编辑超额劳动的办法进行了研讨。旨在改善学报编辑的劳动强度、合理报酬、体现编辑自身的劳动价值。从而增强编辑人员的工作热情和奉献精神,提高学报质量和在期刊中应有的地位。

This paper discusses the cause, advantages and disadvantages of the excess labor commonly occuring amongcollege journal editorial staff. It also discusses the question of proper payment and provides some solutions to the excesslabor problem. The purpose is to heighten the editorial staff s enthusiasm for work and spirit of service by improving theirintensity of labor, paying them properly and revealing their value of labor and improve the quality of college journals aswell as their due position in periodicals.
