摘要
法官作为审判活动的组织者,其素质直接关系到司法公正的实现;目前我国法官队伍素质尚不能适应依法治国的需要,其原因是多方面的;法官素质的提高要从多方面努力,其中完善机制最为重要。
As the organizer of the trial, the judge's quality is directly associated with the fulfilling of judicial justice. This essay which takes Guiyang as an individual case indicates the current condition that the judges' quality is rather low and analyzes the reasons that cause the problem. It also puts forward some reasonable suggestions for improving the judges' quality. It is necessary to do some research in order to improve the judges' quality of our country.
