Opinion on the Compiling of the Teaching Material of Economic Law

教材为教学之本,旧的经济法教材编写模式,总是落后于立法实践,使得教材还在编写中就已经陈旧过时。教学活动变得极其困难。必须探寻一条教材编写的新路子,否则无法摆脱困境。本文试图探寻一条变被动为主动的新路。

Teaching material is the base of teaching. The old way of compiling economic law teaching material always lags behind the lawmaking practice whicn makes the teaching material out of date while it is being written. At the same time teaching is getting difficult. 83 we must find out a new way of compiling teaching material of economic law,otherwise,we can not get out of the lurch. The article below tries to find out a new way of changing passivity into initiative.
