加强大学生创新意识和创造能力的培养

我国社会主义市场经济对人才规格提出了新的要求 ,大学生应具有创新意识和创造能力。然而 ,目前大学生在这方面存在一定的欠缺 ,需要高校通过教育体系调整、教学改革、社会实践、心理素质教育等 ,有意识加强大学生的创新意识和创造能力培养 ,以适应社会发展的需要。

Domestic socialist market economy brings up new demands on the standard of the talent,so college students should possess innovative realization and creative ability.But at present students are deficient in this respect.This requires universities give more training to students on innovative realization and creative ability,by adjustment of education system,a reformation in education,social practice,psychological quality education and so on ,so that they can adapt to the requirements of social development.
