试论初中生英语学习中非智力因素的培养

在英语学习中 ,学生的智力因素对学习成绩的优劣起着重要的作用 ,但是非智力因素也是一个不容忽视的原因。如何在整个教学过程中 ,使学生保持良好的学习动机 ,浓厚的学习兴趣 ,顽强的学习毅力 ,是逐步缩小两极分化 ,达到大面积提高英语学习水平的重要措施。

In English study,the intelligence factor of students plays an important role on score,but the non intelligence factor cant be neglected.How to make students keep a good motive,great interest and an unflinching will of study during the teaching process is an important means of reducing the difference between the good and the bad and improving the English level.
