认识实习是一次重要的实践教学活动 ,指导教师应优选实习单位与实习工地 ,和施工单位保持良好的关系 ,周密地制定实习计划 ,不断地提高自己的实践教学水平 ,对同学严格要求与热情关怀 。

On-the spot learning is critical in practice teaching.the paper presents some experiences and knowledge learned form the practice teaching which benefits greatly to education in architecture.It points out that instructors should select the best construction units and sites for students to learn real knowledge form the sites ,and make a comprehensive practice plan for a better teaching and learning.The relations with the construction sites are significant issues and strict requirements as well as warm concern to students are also critical factors in successfully completing of the practice teaching.
