摘要
21世纪的教育呈现国际化趋势,作为教学中起主导作用的教师,将如何迎接知识经济和素质教育提出的挑战,是全体教师面临的一大课题。本文从我国传统教育中教师角色入手,从理论和实践两个方面对新世纪教师角色的深刻内涵进行了剖析,提出了教师角色转换的方向及对策。
The trend of internationalization will emerge in the education of the 21^(st) century. How tochallenge the difficulties brought by quality education in knowledge economy times is the problem that allteachers, the main parts of teaching, are confronted with. This paper dissects the directions and content ofconversion of the role of teachers in the new century and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
