城市开发区地理信息管理系统的总体设计

近年来,GIS在我国的发展十分迅速,在城市规划土地管理、交通等领域得到了广泛的应用,本文探讨建立一种适合于城市内部小型专题地理信息系统。按照实体的类别对其进行分层,分别建立实体的空间和属性数据库并建立符合系统要求的拓扑关系。在此基础上,实现对地里实体空间数据和属性数据的双向查询和检索,并能对应急事故进行分析、处理。

In recent yesrs, GIS is widely used in our country in city planning, land management, traffic management and so on. The project tries to build a minitype Thematic Geographic Information System which applies to city. The system manages graphic data with data files, The topologic relations are constracted to meet the demands of the managers. Consequently, the system can be used for bi- directional query as well as retrieval of graphics data or attribute data. Tt is also helpful for dealing with the emergencies.
