岗位的分类是劳动人事管理的基础工作之一,本文阐述了岗位分类的原则、要求、步骤、以及岗位横向分类、纵向分类的方法。
It is one of basic management work of labor and personal department. This paper states the principle of post classifying, its requirement, process, post classifying in landscape orientation and in portrait.
