摘要
生产建设不断发展人民生活水平不断提高对电力需要更为迫切。如何节约能源越来越引起人们的重视,作者提出要如何提高功率因数使发配,用电设备满载运行,使之节约能源减少生产成本。
It is imminency for people to need electric power along with production developing continuously and people life continuously improve. It causes more and more people thoughtful of how to save energy. Author brings up how to increase power factor to make the equipment to generate electricity and consume electricity fully loaded running, saving energy and reducing the production cost.
