摘要
为观察林业学校女生在行经期参加体育锻炼对月经的影响 ,探讨青春发育期女生经期坚持体育锻炼的可行性 ,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、面访座谈法和Dephi法 ,对福建省三明林业学校 1998 1999级女生 154人在行经期参加体育锻炼的当年和翌年的调查结果表明 :在行经期参加适当体育锻炼对月经有良好影响 ,有助于保持月经周期、行经持续时间和经血量的正常 ,自我感觉改善 ,这与经期不锻炼者具有显著差异 (P <0 0 5)。但在行经期体育锻炼中必须科学合理安排 ,加强医务监督 ,严密观察 ,及时调整 ,遵从区别对待原则、减量负荷原则、循序渐进原则、娱乐性运动原则和自我监护原则 。
In order to observe the influence of physical training upon menstruation when the girl students during their menstrual period at Fujian Forestry Specialized School take part in physical activities and to study the feasibility of performing physical exercises by girl students during their puberty,and by means of questionnaire,documents,interview and Dephi,an investigation has been made on the proper physical training that year and the next year taken by the girl students during their menstrual period in the classes of 1998 and 1999 at Fujian Forestry specialized School.The results show that girl students of secondary specialized schools having proper physical exercises during their menstrual period can help to maintain their menstrual cycle,menstrual duration,proper menses and good mood.However,in their physical training fine effects can be achieved only through scientific arrangements,careful medical supervision and timely regulation,at the same time by adhering to the principles of dealing with each case on its merits decreasing sports lads,following in order and advancing step by step,recreational activities and self supervision.
