摘要 改革开放前 ,党的教育方针只提“德育、智育、体育全面发展” ,改革开放后 ,曾有德智体美“四育并举”和德智体美劳“五育并举”之争 ,争论之后仍提“德智体全面发展” ;在第三次全国教育工作会议上 ,中共中央、国务院改提为“德智体美等全面发展”① ,江总书记强调了这个提法。 Before the reform and the practice of open policy,the edification policy of the Party had been 'general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,and physical education'.After that,there was the argument between '4 aspect education' and '5 aspect education'(i.e.'general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,physical,and labor education')Now,it is 'general development in the aspects of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education;and some other aspects',which is put forward by the Central Party Committee and the State Department.General Secrtary Jiang Zemin emphasizes this idea.
