Comments on the Project Cost Management Systems of Construction Enterprises

针对施工企业项目成本管理 ,采用以预算成本为基础的成本预测体系 ;以计划成本为依据的成本控制体系 ;

This article focuses on the problem of project cost management.It proposes that a cost forecast system based on budget costs,a cost control system based on planned costs,and a controllable costs contracting system based on direct engineering cost be employed to help in the management.
