It is essential to study the classification of anti-investigation behaviors for deepening the research on the Science of Criminal Investigation. Generally speaking, cases in reality show different colors. Some of them are conducted in order to make fortification against investigators, while others are to take the offensive. As a result, the anti-investigation behaviors can be divided into two modes: the “passive” anti-investigation behaviors and the “active” anti-investigation behaviors.
