A new “hard-strike' campaign has been launching throughout the whole country. In order to strive for even greater victories in this campaign, ideological understanding of public safety must be further deepened; combating targets must be centralized; illegal explosive activities and secret gun-owning must be strictly prohibited; social security must be strengthened and administration of public security staff must be enhanced.
