2 0 0 0年以来 ,山东沿海地区偷渡活动出现了一些新动向、新特点。要做好新形势下的反偷渡工作 ,必须采取一系列有效的对策 。
New trends and characteristics have appeared in crimes of stealthy border-crossing in the coastal area of Shandong Province since 2000. Effective measures should be adopted to severely punish convicts of such crimes.
