The crux and core of the 'Three Represent's'theory is to always represent the fundamental intersts of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people which is the starting point and purpose of all our Party's work.In order to thoroughly comprehond this crux and core,we should understand the meaning of 'the fuadamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people'in theory.Safeguarding and developing the fundemental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people should be regarded as a standard in policy and the measure of value in decision-making.In practice,we should regard doing specific projects for the welfare of the people as the starting point.To put this'crux and core'into practice,we have to properly handle many relationships.
