Review on the Theory of Knowledge to Relationship between the Injurer and the Victim

本文对加害人与被害人之间关系的一般认识论模式和机械论模式作了简要分析 ,然后重点论述了加害人与被害人之间的互动模式及其主要类型 ,其中包括被害人受攻击模式、被害人推动模式、冲突模式、被害人可利用模式和自愿的被害人模式等。

This paper discusses the theory of knowledge on the relationship between the injurer and the victim. In the first place it briefly appraises the universal law of knowledge and the mechanism of relationship between the injurer and the victim. Secondly it emphatically discusses the different models of the interaction theory. They include: the type of the attacked victim, the type of the victim-promoter, the conflicting type between the injurer and the victim, the type of the utilizable victim and the type of the voluntary victim.
