Developing Tactics of Gathering Material for a Library in Information Era

信息时代 ,图书馆采访工作面临着图书的出版和发行发生巨大变化、信息量激增、向网络化发展、社会信息需求日益增长、经费日益短缺等问题 ,对此必须采取转变观念 ,重新调整图书经费、增加电子出版物的收藏 ,开发网上信息资源 ,走合作采访的道路等策略 ,实现图书馆网上采购 。

In information era,gathering material for a library is faced with new problems such as the great changes in publishment and distribution,the sharp increase of information,the developmeat toward networking,the increasing needs for social information and the shortage of funds.To meet the demands of information era,we should change our concept,readjust funds for books,promote the collection of electonic publications,exploit online resources and realize online purchase.
