摘要
经济犯罪的概念和基本特征是研究经济犯罪首先要解决的问题。它产生于商品经济的基础上 ,发生在经济运行的过程中 ,是触犯了某类经济行政法规情节严重 ,直接侵害经济秩序的故意或过失犯罪。
At first, we shoud gain a clear idea of the basic concept and features of economic crimes. Economic crime is a kind of calculated or unpremeditated crime that comes into being on the base of commodity economy , violates the administratrive law seriously and infringes upon the economic order directly.
