On Anti-Hegemonism

“人权高于主权”是一种政治设计 ,其否认人权模式的多样性 ,贬低主权作用 ,实质是谋求霸权。切实防范霸权主义的危害 ,主要是发展中国家必须加快经济建设 ,坚持国权与人权协调发展 ,建立维护国家利益的跨国公司 ,积极参与世界经济政治体制的重组 。

Human rights over state sovereignty”is a political trick,which denies diversified human right models and puts down the role of sovereignty for the purpose of seeking hegemonism.In order to prevent hegemonism,the developing countries must speed up their economic construction,adhere to coordinate development of the state sovereignty and human rights,and set up transnational corporations,which maintain their state interests and take an active part in the world political and economic re-organizaton.
