论朝鲜战争与中共对台政策的转变

On Korea War and CCP's Policy-Transition Toward Taiwan

随着中共在解放战争中的节节胜利 ,国共双方开始了台湾的争夺战。自新中国建立至朝鲜战争爆发 ,中共的中心任务是全力追歼国民党残余势力 ,用武力解放台湾 ,完成祖国的统一大业。但是 ,朝鲜战争的爆发 ,使当时的国际局势发生了重大变化 ,中共武力解放台湾的战争计划和行动面临了巨大的障碍和困难。因此 ,5 0年代中期 ,中共在对台政策方面作出了重大改变 ,提出了以武力统一为主 。

With the successive victory over KMT by CCP,there was a fighting for possession of Taiwan between the two parties.During the time from the founding of the New China to the break-out of Korea War,the central task for CCP was to pursue and wipe out the remains of KMT's forces and to liberate Taiwan by force,thus to accomplish the task of unifying the country.But,due to the break-out of Korea War,there were great changes in the world's situation,and CCP faced was great difficulties and obstacles in carrying out its plan and action of liberating Taiwan by force.So in the middle of 1950's,CCP made important transition in its policy toward Taiwan by raising the principle of relying mainly on liberating by force while making active striving for peaceful liberation of Taiwan.
